Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, such as support messages and purchase inquiries. Payment and optional Supporter activation involve Creem and a device hash used to enforce one active identity device. Free desktop use requires no account or key.
How we use information
We use information to provide downloads, respond to support requests, validate optional Supporter identity, and provide public updates. Desktop update checks send the app version and platform to our site or CDN; ordinary network metadata such as IP address is visible to those services. We do not send molecules, project files, or activity logs.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate downloads, payments, support, or compliance, and when required by law.
